How We Iron
We always follow instructions given by customer. If there are no instructions then this is the standard way:
1. We try to never leave double lines, track marks on the sleeve and we take extra care with the collar.
- 2. We NEVER iron any motifs / drawings / labels which are commonly seen on the T-shirts, with the hot iron. We iron it either on the back or inside out or iron around it .
- 3. We hang all T-shirts with collars but Fold all T-shirts with no collar unless otherwise instructed by customer.
4. We will hang all Pants.
- 5. We will put No creases in Jeans, Casual Pants or Cargo Pants.
- 6. We will put Creases in all Formal or business Pants and formal Shorts, we will try make sure there is only ONE middle crease line.
- 7. When Folding we always try to put the big things down the bottom with the small things on top.
- 8. We will hang Kid's dresses and Fold all the rest of small kid's clothes.
- 9. We never pick up a new basket until they put away the last one fully to reduce risk of Mix ups.
- 10. If any item has any pre-existing stain or iron mark, we will record it and we will IRON IT.
- 11. If any item gets a mark on it from the iron or any thing else we will clean.
How Does It Work?
It is very simple. You give us your details and we'll take care of the rest. Please remember that every thing that we do is 100% guaranteed, so you can relax and enjoy the extra free time that you will have.
We will assign you a time and day of pick up and delivery . This will be your regular weekly pick up time. All you have to do is leave the basket of ironing at least half an hour before we are to arrive. This will ensure that you will not be disturb you if you are still home, we will then pick up the basket, label it and take it to iron.
Ironing will be done according to your instructions , If we do not receive any instructions then we will hang most clothes except bedding, kid's clothes, hankies and non-colored T-shirts. Jeans will have no creases but Trousers will and so on.
Delivery will be at about the assigned time. If you are home at the time of delivery then we will give it to you by hand. If not we will organize to have your ironing placed at a location that is reasonable for both. In most cases our customers have a rack they take out at the same time they put the basket out, if you don’t have one, you can buy one at Target, Wal-mart, Kmart etc.
The hangers that you send will be used. Or we will supply wire hangers.

Bathrooms
- Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
- Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
- Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
- Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind
- Vanity top cleaned (more time may be required to remove and replace items on top)

- Trash emptied and liner/bag replaced (customer to provide if not standard size)

- Vacuum and/or wash floor
- Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
Kitchen
- Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
- Cabinet fronts dusted (fingerprints removed)
- Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
- Floor vacuumed or washed
- Exterior of appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop) cleaned (interior cleaned upon request - ask for details)
- Microwave cleaned inside and out
- Small appliances wiped
- Windowsills dusted
- Baseboards dusted
- Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
- Trash emptied and liner/bag replaced (customer to provide if not standard size)
- Wash or dust table and chairs
Bedrooms
- Carpets vacuumed
- Beds made (linens changed upon request at the estimate visit)
- All areas dusted
- Picture frames dusted
- Mirrors cleaned
- Windowsills dusted
- Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
- Vacuum under bed (if accessible)
- Trash emptied
- Baseboards dusted
- Lampshades dusted
- Light, general straightening completed
Other Living Areas, Including Hallways and Stairs
- All areas dusted
- Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened
- Hardwood or tile floors damp-mopped
- Carpeted floors vacuumed
- Baseboards dusted and cobwebs removed

- Fingerprints wiped from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates

Deep Cleaning
U Have It Maid Laundry & Cleaning Service wants our clients to have a choice of the level of cleaning they receive at their home. That's why we offer our special DELUXE package to every client. You can request that package any time: every cleaning or when ever you think you need it. Every Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning includes the “General Cleaning” list items cleaned by hand with detail emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:
- Ceiling fan blades (hand washed or wiped)
- Light fixtures (hand washed in place, not removed)
- Blinds and shutters (vacuumed or dusted or wiped) mini-blinds dusted only
- Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Lamps and lampshades (dusted or vacuumed with attachment)
- Pictures Frames (hand wiped)
- Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
- All cabinet fronts (washed)
- All doors (washed)
- Tub/shower and tiles (double scrubbed if build up)
Move In / Move Out Deep Cleaning Check List
Please Note:
Note:
- We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster.
- We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visable places either by hand or with an extension duster.
- Many homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
- Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
- Art Work in Frames not covered by glass are dusted only (frame only not art)
We cannot guarantee the results of mini blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require special cleaning. Also due to the fragile design of mini blinds, they are easily bent or damaged and the draw strings can become non-functional, easily especially with age.
